Brothers and Sisters! In short, during some refurbishing house in the year 1998, I was introduced to a professional who was a worker of an employer who used to design and build iron doors, railings, gates and otherwise. The worker seemed skilled as the job he did was A1.

·                     During our exchange of views I asked him why does he not start his own business?

 

·                     He replied that he does not have capital.

 

·                     I asked him how much capital is required?

 

·                     He replied: Rs: xxxxxxx.

 

·                     I proposed to him will you start your own If I were to invest?

 

·                     He said: Yes.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Initially he rented 2 shops and started his own outlet. After one year I visited Pakistan. Alhamdu’lillah! The business was flourishing.

 

Brothers and Sisters! We exchanged views. I proposed to him that as you are managing the business you will have manager’s salary at market rate and 50 percent of the Net Profit.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Alhamdu’lillah! The business is still in running. However, there is competition where the business activity is gone down. However, Barakah (Blessings) of Allah keep pouring.

 

Brothers and Sisters!  One of the reasons of competition is that the workers who were employed, when they learned the skills they started their own outlets.

Outcome of the Professional helped to stand on his own Feet

 

Brothers and Sisters! In short, the gentleman was helped to stand on his own feet in the year 1998. Since then a number of unskilled workers became skilled and professional and they started their outlets that goes to the credit of Project: Call for Peace as if the project: Call for Peace helped them to stand on their own feet.
