Brothers and Sisters! In short, when Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justices, mentioned above, testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee, on Oath, they testified that PRESIDENT OF USA IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW. But when the candidate Donald J Trump filed a case before the Supreme Court of USA that the President of USA is immune from crimes which he committed as President of USA. On July 1, the Supreme Court’s right-wing supermajority ruled that not just Donald Trump—but also future presidents—may be immune from abusing the levers of government to overturn an election or engage in other misconduct. The Court held in a misguided 6-3 decision that “the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts.”

Brothers and Sisters! In short, the Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves in Nov 2024 Mini Budget Axed nearly 11 million old age pensioners, other than pensioners on Pension Credit, from Winter Fuel Allowance and Winter Allowance Payments, all of a Sudden, which was not mentioned in their manifesto.

Brothers and Sisters! There were protests by the Old Age Pensioners and by public on their behalf but of NO USE. Even the Charitable organisations, for example: Age UK made some suggestions to look after the Old Age Pensioners and people on Universal Credit and otherwise, but those went unnoticed. To compensate the pensioners deprived of the Winter Fuel Allowance and winter Allowance payments the chancellor Rachel Reeves issued the following statements:

The decision to withdraw the Winter Fuel Payments from over 10 million pensioners not claiming Pension Credits was defended today by the Chancellor Rachel Reeves.

In her keynote speech to the Labour Party conference in Liverpool, Rachel Reeves said

“It was made clear to me that failure to act quickly would undermine the UK`s financial position with implications for public debt, mortgages, and price, so I took action to make in-year savings necessary….to target the Winter Fuel Payment to those most in need, with the triple-lock ensuring the State Pension will rise by an estimated £1,700 over the course of this Parliament”.

The UK chancellor revealed plans in July to introduce a means test for the winter fuel payment, where only those on pensions credit would qualify, as part of a push to plug what she said was a £22bn black hole in the public finances left by the previous Conservative administration.

Asked if ministers would consider adopting Age UK’s plan and perform a partial U-turn, a government spokesman said: “We are absolutely committed to supporting pensioners and giving them the dignity and security they deserve in retirement. That’s why, through our commitment to protect the triple lock, over 12 million pensioners will see their state pensions increase by almost £1,000 over the next five years.

Last night Liberal Democrat voted against the withdrawing of Winter Fuel Allowance. We believe it is just wrong to balance the books by removing the support from the pensioners. But we do understand that there are some difficult choices to be made to clear by the last conservative govt. One of the many reasons for that for that mess was the Conservative prioritizing tax cuts for the big banks costing £4 billion a year. So will the Prime Minister instead reverse those cut so that we can afford to support millions of struggling pensioners through this very hard winter.

Leader Green Party

Reacting to a motion on winter fuel payments put forward by the Unite union and supported by a majority of delegates at Labour Party conference, co-leader of the Green Party, Carla Denyer, said: 

“Today’s vote at Labour Party conference leaves Labour ministers out in the cold.
There is a groundswell of support – from opposition parties, unions, many Labour MPs, health workers, disability groups, charities supporting pensioners, as well as others – for ensuring millions of pensioners keep warm this winter. “Targeting some of the most Vulnerable to fix the supposed black hole in the public finances is cruel and unnecessary.  

“There is another way. A fairer way. As the successful motion by Unite makes clear, taxing
multi-millionaires and billionaires a little more would not only easily cover the cost of winter fuel payments for all pensioners but also generate additional funds for much needed investment in our health and social care services.”

Brothers and Sisters! The Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer appeared to have ‘Deaf Ears’ to the comments of the Political Parties.

Brothers and Sisters! The last part of Imam Ghazali (RA) in respect of the definition of ‘Politician’ is:

People cannot be reformed and rehabilitated unless and until the ‘Politician’ is ‘Honest’ and Integrate’.                                                

Brothers and Sisters! Muslim Scholar Ahmed bin Omer bin Abdullah (RA) say:

I make Dua’a to Allah (SWT) that He (SWT) gives Toffeeq, with His (SWT) Grace, to the ‘Politicians’ to be ‘Righteous and ‘Pious’ as the success in this world and life hereafter is hidden upon the ‘Honesty’ and ‘Integrity’ of the Politicians.

Brothers and Sisters! No doubt it is apparent like a day light that neither the Public Authorities are honest not the people ae honest. However, now it is the duty and responsibility of the public to show the Right Path to the Public Authorities by conveying Messages to Look for Peace under ‘Moral Values’.

Brothers and Sisters! As below is an incident of Hazrat Omer (RTU) when He (RTU) was Ameer ul Mo’mineen over 2.5 million square miles of Muslim State. To test the Muslim Ummah’s Eman He (RTU) addressed a congregation and asked the m to the effect:

What if I were to Digress from the Right Path, now that I am Ameer ul Mo’mineen over 2.5 million square miles of Muslim State.

One man stood up and said to the effect: We will not let Him (RTU) digress from the Right Path. If He (RTU) does, we will CHOP HIS (RTU) HEAD OFF.

Hazrat Omer (RTU) said to the effect: Alhamdu’lillah, there are True Muslims who will not let me digress from the Right Path.

But Public Authorities and the public are turning ‘Deaf Ears’. Brothers and Sisters! Please join project: Call for Peace where Public Authorities ought to listen the Voice of Messages to Look for Peace and base the Politics of the world upon Moral Values.
