Brothers and Sisters!
In short, as whole mankind is offspring of Hazrat Adam (PBUH) and Hazrat Haw’wa (RTU), so
there all equal i.e. there is no seniority
over one another except the one who has more knowledge,
and does righteous deeds.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Every
human being has a body and soul.
All living human beings:

has to eat because he get gets hungry

 

·                
has to drink because he gets thirsty

 

·                
has to
release nature because
the food has been digested

 

·                
has to urinate because he has to empty
the bladder

 

·                
has to
release wind from back
passage because he feels uncomfortable

 

·                
in the morning when he wakes
up and gets up he has to brush teeth because
the mouth is full of polluted saliva

 

·                
in the morning he has to take shower
or bath because his body is lethargic

 

·                
he has to rub every part of his body with soap so that the dirt
is washed away by
water

 

·                
he has to wipe the water from the body with towel
so that he body gets dried

 

·                
he has to
wear clean clothes so
that his body looks decent

 

·                
he has to comb his hair so that those are all settled

 

·                
he has to get married
and start matrimonial life

 

·                
he has to
secure knowledge at every
stage of his life

 

·                
he has to enter in old
age

 

·                
he has to
have health issues

 

·                
he has to die

 

·                
he has to have a funeral

 

·                
his body has to be buried

 

·                
he has to be accountable
before Lone Entity of Allah

 

·                
he believes good
souls will go in Paradise and bad
souls in Hell

 

·                
etc. etc. etc.

 

Brothers and Sisters! As head
of the state achieved a
‘Seniority’ position does
he become ‘Immune’ any or all
of the requirements of his daily life?

 

Brothers
and Sisters! Even the Anbiyya
e Karam are not immune any of the above requirements. They used to eat, drink, get married, have offspring
revealed in the Word of Allah, the Qur’an:

 

Translation surah Al Ma ‘idah Ayat no. 75

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

 

The Messiah [(Isa (Jesus) (]sa, son of Maryam (Mary), was no
more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before Him.

 

His mother [Maryam (Mary)] was a Siddiqah (i.e. She believed in
the Words of Allah and His Books).

 

They both used to eat food as any other human being, (while Allah does not
eat).

 

Look how We make the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons,
signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them; yet look how they are deluded away
(from the truth).

 

Translation surah Ar Ra’d Ayat no. 38

 

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن
الرحیم

 

And indeed We commissioned Anbiyya before you (O Mohammed (SAW),
and made for them wives and offspring. And it was not for a
Messenger to bring sign by Allah’s Leave. (For) each and every matter there is
a Decree (from Allah).

 

Brothers and Sisters! Public
Authority e.g. the President of USA is not immune from any
of the basic requirements of daily life so how he could
be ‘Immune’ from
committing a crime while he is
the Law Maker. It is the
President of USA when he signs the bill debated and passed by the majority of House of Representatives and
Senate, becomes the Law of the
land. He holds ‘Veto’ power. He
can refuse to sign
the Bill and all the
time of the House of Representatives and the Senate is wasted.

 

Brothers and Sisters! President USA is the Law Maker and he breaks the law and he cannot be prosecuted criminally or otherwise.

 

Immunity to President of USA

 

Brothers and Sisters! Recently
before general election 2024 the Supreme Court of USA ruled upon the petition of Donald J
Trump that the President of the USA is immune from any criminal act in his official capacity. As below are the extracts
from the news media:

 

The Supreme Court ruled in Trump v. United States (2024) that all presidents have absolute criminal immunity for official acts under core constitutional powers, presumptive immunity for other official acts, and no
immunity for personal actions

president to face criminal charges.
Late in May, he was found
guilty of falsifying business documents in relation to a
hush-money payment
made to adult film star Stormy Daniels in the run-up to the 2016 US presidential election.

Brothers and Sisters! Chief
Justice John Roberts and five associate Justice testified during their
testimonies that the:

of USA is not above the law

 

Brothers and Sisters! While
granting Immunity the Supreme
Court of USA made the
President of USA above the law.

Once the Judge is in Black Robe he leaves His or Her Political affiliation behind
back in 2018 when he admonished then President
Trump himself.

 

No one is above the law
under our system and that includes the president. The president is
fully bound by the law, the Constitution and the statutes.

No Clause in the Constitution of USA

 

Brothers and Sisters! According to the media news there in no clause in the Constitution of USA that provides ‘Immunity’ to the President of USA.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Republican Nominated Chief Justice and five associate justice appear to have created the Immunity clause, especially, to save Donald J Trump being convicted and sentenced as he was running to be elected next President of USA for 2024 onwards.

 

Brothers and Sisters! Had there been an immunity clause for the President of USA then President Nixon would have not been convicted and impeached:

 

On the verge of being impeached, Nixon resigned the presidency on August 9, 1974, becoming the only U.S. president to do so. In all, 48 people were found guilty of Watergate-related crimes, but Nixon was pardoned by his vice president and successor Gerald Ford on September 8.

 

Brothers and Sisters! The Supreme Court of USA ruled the ‘Immunity’ on 1 July 2024 when Joseph Biden was the President of USA. The type language and threats Donald J Trump was using in his speeches, it was perfectly OK for President Joseph Biden to have him arrested as it was clear that Donald J Trump will destroy USA. Now that he has been elected as President of USA he is implementing his threats and plan to take revenge against his self – made enemies.

 

CONCLUSION

 

Brothers and Sisters!  Supreme Court of USA is the highest court of USA and its decision and rulings cannot be challenged. Therefore, they are acting like Self Made God.

 

Brothers and Sisters! In short, as Donald J Trump or anybody is not immune from the daily necessities of life then he cannot be immune from committing crimes while in office and get away.

 

Brothers and Sisters!  Head of the state i.e. President of USA is ‘employee’ of the people of USA. His salary is paid by the taxpayers. Moreover, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Tony Blair proclaimed in one of his speeches:

We are the Party of individuals. 

We are not the Masters. People are the Masters. 

We are the Servants. We listen to the people.

Brothers and Sisters!  How a servant can commit crime and is immune from Prosecution?
